I was pretty discouraged that my car which only has 15K miles on it had a bad factory part and the whole engine had to be inspected because of a faulty gasket which had oil leak it was fixed the guys were really nice and great they assured me that I shouldn’t have anymore issues hope so has to last till wheels fall off

The service team at Jeff Schmitt is absolutely amazing! They are honestly the most customer oriented group of people i’ve ever dealt with in the car industry. It seems as though each and every person takes immense pride in their work. This gives me great peace of mind. They’ve certainly one a life long customer.

When checking in Brandon Lewis listened carefully about my observations to help with the diagnosis. We both agreed on what needed to be done first, then see if that cures more than one thing. That worked and I was on my way in about an hour. Thank you Brandon.
